Teachers often ask us how they can separate the boys in their classes during the presentations. Here are a few ideas for things to do:
1) Do an online research project to explore one engineering discipline in depth
2) Watch our NOVA video on building autonomous vehicles for the DARPA Grand Challenge
3) Partner up with another teacher and have all boys from the two classes work with the other teacher
4) Treat the presentation as an optional activity and excuse girls only for attendance
